Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), a flagship healthcare free zone designed to integrate clinical care, education, and research, sought to strengthen its position as a regional centre of excellence. grmc was engaged to deliver a comprehensive market intelligence programme studying the entire GCC market and develop an investor-facing toolkit to support strategic decision-making and attract high-quality healthcare operators.
Mediclinic Middle East, a leading private healthcare provider with an established network across the UAE, was evaluating opportunities to expand its footprint in Dubai through new clinics and a hospital. grmc was appointed to identify priority locations and support a structured approach to future network growth.
Sinogulf Investments sought to expand its footprint in the UAE’s industrial and logistics real estate sector, with a focus on warehousing and distribution assets.
